ePerformance Reports

ePerformance reports are available for managers and supervisors in the UC Custom reports section of PeopleSoft. 

Note:  Must be on UC Davis Health network to access the reports

To access the reports, log in to PeopleSoft and go to Workforce Administration > UC Custom Reports > ePerformance Reports.

ePerformance Activity Summary Report

The summary report provides a high-level overview of the performance evaluation process by department and evaluation owner and contains the following fields:

  • Department ID
  • Department Name
  • Department Manager
  • Evaluation Owner - may or may not be the employee’s direct supervisor
  • In Progress - count of evaluations in a status of In Progress (evaluation is partially complete or has not been started)
  • Available for Review - count of evaluations in a status of Available for Review (evaluation is complete and has been made available to the employee)
  • Review Held - count of evaluations in a status of Review Held (evaluation is complete and ready for the employee to acknowledge)
  • Acknowledged - count of evaluations in a status of Acknowledged (evaluation is complete and ready for approval)
  • Complete - count of completed evaluations that have been submitted for approval
  • Pending Approval - count of completed evaluations submitted for approval but not yet approved
  • Approved - count of completed and approved evaluations
  • Cancelled - count of evaluations that have been cancelled
  • Employee Docs in Progress - count of employee self-appraisal documents not yet completed
  • Employee Docs Complete - count of employee self-appraisal documents completed

ePerformance Employee Activity

The employee activity report provides employee-level detail on the performance evaluation process and contains the following fields:

  • Department ID
  • Department Name
  • Department Manager
  • Evaluation Owner - may or may not be the employee’s direct supervisor
  • Document Status - current status of the supervisor document
  • Next Step - indicates the next step in the evaluation process
  • Responsibility - indicates which role has ownership of the next step
  • Employee Name - name of employee being evaluated
  • Employee Document Status - current status of the employee self-appraisal (In Progress or Complete)
